Join us for Yoga in the Park brought to you by Indigo Soul Yoga!
This class is FREE to the public and suitable for all levels (beginner to advanced). The class is community oriented, and all are welcome.
Just bring a mat or a blanket, some water to stay hydrated, blocks and/or a strap.
Try to arrive about 5-10 minutes early to sign in and get settled.
Free parking is available in downtown Locust Grove. There is a free paved parking lot next to the restrooms across from the park.
